Patient's Safety
The following guidelines are given to ensure your safety in the hospital:
Use the nurse call system located at your bedside should you need assistance.
Patients must first secure the approval of their physicians or the nurse-on-duty before they can go out of their rooms.
Bringing in of blankets and pillows are not allowed to prevent possible infection.
Do not leave your personal belongings unattended. The hospital management will not be responsible for any loss of damage.
All transactions should be settled only at the Billing Section.
Strictly NO SMOKING policy within the hospital premises.
Evacuation Plans are posted in your room for ready reference. In case of fire, earthquake or any calamity, stay calm and follow the nurse's instruction.
Guards are designated in different parts of the hospital to ensure your safety while at the hospital premises. They are also tasked to screen visitors for identification.
For security purposes, our Security Personnel will inspect your baggage on your discharge.
Any concern regarding patient's security must be reported immediately to hospital authorities.

Visiting Hours
Patients in the hospital need as much rest as possible to recuperate. We suggest that you inform your visitors and relatives to plan their visits carefully.
Hospital Visiting Hours is from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM only
For ICU - 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM
For PICU - 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Kindly limit the number of your visitors (1-2 only) and advise them to keep their voices at an average level.
Loitering inside the hospital premises is not allowed.
Children below seven (7) years old are discouraged from visiting patients at the hospital.
