The Section of Nephrology provides programs in patient care and education and excellent nephrologic services at par with the standards here in the country and overseas.

The section caters to patients with diseases covered by Nephrology discipline such as acute kidney injury, glomerulonephritis, vasculitis, electrolyte and acid disorders, hypertension, genetic kidney diseases, renal complications of pregnancy, chronic kidney disease (CKD), and renal osteodystrophy.

The Section also provides renal replacement therapy in the form of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). It also provides work-ups and continuing care to pre and post transplant patients, respectively. Procedures such as Ultrasound-guided Kidney Biopsies are also available.

The section envisions becoming a center of kidney care and research in Subic along with its neighboring communities, and to provide the best form of services to its population.
